Hygiene is a very important aspect of mushroom cultivation and an outbreak of disease can lead to losses that jeopardise both yield and quality. Once the spent growing beds have been emptied from the shelf, the nylon nets must be cleaned and washed perfectly before they can be reused. The net washer mechanises these operations to obtain quick and uniform cleaning.

The dirty net is placed in the NET WASHER and washed by rotating brushes and water jets. The GROWING NET WASHER must be supplied by a pump; it is fitted with an on-board electrical panel and operated by a foot switch.
