When cultivating edible mushrooms, certain climatic conditions such as temperature, humidity and CO2 levels must be observed to ensure a maximum yield of the highest quality. Our mushroom growing room climate control system – All in One is suitable for your indoor farming as it has a climate control system for mushroom growing in which you can easily control the room temperature, humidity, CO2, and light automatically.
Our air conditioner for mushroom cultivation functions as heating, cooling, regulating temperature adjustments through our own PLC control system. However, what makes our climate control system for mushroom growing preferable over other conventional air conditioner for mushroom cultivation is its fresh air damper with F5 air filters and overpressure louvers with G3 air filters to ensure a healthy and clean environment.
Moreover, it is also suitable for both small and big rooms as our mushroom growing room climate control system has seven models you can choose from depending on your processing needs such as room size and substrate weight each room. In addition, the air conditioner for mushroom cultivation is a R410A freon system unit which don’t need water system.

Description of air conditioner for mushroom cultivation
Individual Type climate control system for mushroom growing:
- The mushroom growing room climate control system uses integrated structure, the indoor unit and outdoor unit are combined into one.
- The mushroom growing room climate control system is installed outdoor and set aside air inlet hole. Power source outdoor designing to void the fire risk.
- Cold air goes through the insulated air duct from outside into the rooms. The unit just needs to connect power source and indoor air duct then can be put into use.
- The air bellow is made of stainless steel, which is suitable for long time in high humidity environment. The centrifugal fan and moisture-proof motor realized remote air delivery.
- The fresh air inlet by initial effect+bag filter, effectively avoid the infection of the outside air to the mushroom rooms.
- The air conditioner for mushroom cultivation gathers cooling, humidity, heating, CO2 control, fresh and return air mixing, exhaust and micro circulation as awhole unit.
- Use groundwater instead of the original electric heating method, which can save at least 30% of electricity consumption.
- The constant underground water temperature does not require cooling tower fans to release so as to save energy.

Operation of air conditioner for mushroom cultivation
Fan with vfd control from 60%~100%
Compressor without frequency control,only the fan have.
when compressor is running,fan will run together,and when compressor stop after reach setting temperature,fan will keep running or stop as required.
Machine standard heating is by electrical heating pipes, other options are heat pump and hot water coil heating,but price will higher.
It’s based on air distribution,this climate control machine will connect with bag type air ducts,normally air temperature control about 0.5c difference.
With manual on/off control or time control like 6hours on and then 2hours off. But without Lux control.
Will need you provide pure /soft water for our humidifier,then humidifier will increese humidity.
Regularly clean the air filter, evaporator and condenser (flush the outer fabric of the fins of the evaporator in the indoor unit and the condenser in the outdoor unit of the equipment, as there may be dirt such as spore powder and lint blocking and affecting heat exchange).
All PLC parameters under user parameters can be controlled, while factory parameters are set at the factory and cannot be controlled by users. In case of any special circumstances, please contact us. After obtaining the company’s consent, we will assist the customer in making the changes.
The minimum factory setting for air volume is 60%. If it is lower than 60%, the machine’s heat may not be carried away, resulting in an overheat alarm. In case of any special circumstances, please provide us with feedback. After assessment by our engineers, we will guide the customer to adjust the lower limit of the air volume.
The condensate water unit has a drainage pipe and does not require cleaning.
