Mushroom growing net is applied to the bed frame of button mushroom cultivation racks, for transporting the layer of compost and casing in and out of the mushroom shelving. The width is 1-1.65m, length 10-80m, the tensile resistance is about 4 tons, it resists acid alkali and anti-aging treatment, pasteurized. The two sides are specially treated without stripping, no shrinkage, no deformation, it also can resist 80 degree celsius steam sterilization.

The combination of strength, limited narrowing effect & limited lengthening ensure that our growing nets perform as planned for a long time. The open structure and monofil yarns make sure the net can be cleaned properly which improves hygiene and prevents contamination.

Growing Nets are pulled in and out of the Mushroom Shelving by pulling&emptying winch.

Tunnel pulling net are indispensable when emptying compost tunnels. These high-quality textile nets allow you to do this quickly and efficiently, without leaving any compost in the tunnel.

Tunnel sliding net are placed under the tunnel nets which not only lengthen the lifespan of the tunnel nets, but also cause a considerable reduction in resistance: the friction coefficient is reduced from 0.8 to 0.25, meaning more weight can be handled than when no sliding net are being used.
