Why Anodized?

Aluminium mushroom shelving is normally supplied mill finished.
We anodizing some parts of the mushroom shelves: legs, sideboard, endboards to make it have a better corrosion resistance.
Anodizing is not necessary for corrosion resistance of the shelves and is done for cosmetic appearance only.

 Material List
Base rail
Base rails are 1 x 20 x 30 mm/1 x 20 x 35 mm and used to support net/compost, 14 pcs per bed. Joiners are nylon profile and pop riveted into place.
Bottom rail
Bottom Rail is 2 x 30 x 65 mm and used for mushroom picking lorry running.
Cross Beam
Cross Beam is 3 x 68 x 48 mm and anodized, used to load weight of each bed.
Base rail cover
2*61 mm, 2 pcs per bed, used to seal the square tube.
End Board
2 x 20 x 180 mm, 2 pcs per bed, used to stop the compost get off.
Top rail
Top rail is 2 x 30 x 65 mm and used for mushroom picking lorry running.
Aluminum Side Board
Side board is 2 x 30 x 180 mm and used for head filling machine running / stop compost &soil get off. Aluminum sideboards are anodized.
Polymer sideboard
Same good performance as aluminium sideboard but can save around 10% cost, maximum load 200kg, the service life is not as long as aluminum sideboard.
